Next Generation DAQ Systems

Today marks the first major milestone in Bluebird’s next steps towards the stars.

We introduced, tested and validated a new generation of avionics and data acquisition systems. This is a major upgrade to both Goose and Genesis, our modular ground support equipment system built for Cardinal. These upgrades allow much more reliable data flow at a higher frequency, a smoother UI experience, and improvements to signal integrity.

With these upgrades, our ground support equipment is now ready for future tasks beyond the static fire campaign of Cardinal, including engine development cycles for upcoming liquid flight vehicles.
